Instant Results, Or Instant Discouragement?

DON’T RUSH YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION

One the biggest New Years resolutions is to start an exercise program & lose weight. However, a big mistake that people make when starting an exercise program is they look for quick weight loss results. If these results come slower than they expect they get discouraged and quit. To combat these feelings of defeat, you should try to notice the day to day changes. These changes are the ones that really count; energy throughout the day, being able to sit and stand more easily, less stress on bones and joints due to strengthening of the surrounding muscles, and mental stress relief and clarity. These are just a few of the instant results from exercise. So when starting an exercise program, try to focus on day to day results and have the long term results become secondary so that you don’t get discouraged if they don’t show as quickly as you thought and hoped. Stick with your new years resolution. This is your yhealthy create the healthier you!

Thats a great way to put it. I feel like a lot of people don’t achieve their results as quick as they’d like so they think what they’re doing isn’t working, give up, and quit. Mold Removal Scottsdale
