CLAW STRETCH:

The claw #stretch is an easy way to keep the joints in your fingers flexible and can be executed almost everywhere. No excuses anymore! This stretch is perfect for ROCK CLIMBERS 🙌🏻

🔈DO THIS STRETCH‼️

1. Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint.
2. Hold for 30-45 seconds and release then switch and execute with the other hand.
3. Repeat 5 times for each hand.
