Training Tough This Tuesday!

Don’t think you have time for a great workout, think again!

With this weeks Training Tough Tuesday Workout you can get an awesome full body strength training workout in under 20 minutes and all you need is a pair of dumbbells.

Do each of these exercises for 30 seconds then repeat again after a 30 second rest.

  • Supinated Curls
  • Shoulder Press
  • Upright Rows
  • Neutral Reverse Flys

Do each of these exercises for 60 seconds then repeat again after a 30 second rest.

  • Slow Push Ups (4seconds down, Pause for 2 seconds at bottom, then push up)
  • Full Moon Lateral Raises (Lift dumbbells directly out to the side and all the way above your head till the meet and then back down in the same motion)
  • Shrugs (Squeeze and hold at the top)
  • Straight Leg Dead Lifts

Do each of these exercises for 30 seconds then repeat again after a 30 second rest.

  • Jump Squats
  • Bounce Squats
  • Hold Squats

Do each of these exercises for 60 seconds.

  • Alternating Hammer Curls
  • Standing Tricep Extensions
