Cardio, is a great way to relieve stress, don’t dread doing it. Whether you enjoy running, biking, hiking, swimming etc. just get out and do it. Look at it as a time to yourself to reflect over any issues you may be dealing with at the moment and you’ll be surprised at how much you may accomplish and the clarity that you may obtain. Along with alleviating stress, you will also undergo the physiological enjoyment that exercise induces so well. So take the time to have a little “you” time in your days.
