Single Leg Cross Hops

Single Leg Cross Hops:

1. Stand balanced on your left foot with your right foot off the ground.
2. Hop your left foot forward 6"-12" and back to the starting position.
3. Hop your left foot to the left 6"-12" and back to the starting position.
4. Hop your left foot back 6"-12" and back to the starting position.
5. Finally, hop your left foot to the right 6"-12" and back to the starting position.
6. Repeat this cross pattern 10 times always returning back to the starting position before each direction.
7. Reverse the direction, and repeat the cross pattern another 10 times.
8. Switch feet, and repeat the whole process again on your right foot.
