Knee Mobility Series - Part 4
1. While standing upright with your shoes off, shift your knees and hips from left to right.
⚠Allow your arms to sway to the opposite side of your shift to counterbalance your weight. Also, Allow your feet and ankles to roll to the side as much as comfortable while keeping full foot length contact with the ground (don't shift up on toes or back on heels)
2. Repeat for 30s.
