Neck Mobility Series - Part 1
Neck Packing And Extending:
1. Stand upright with your shoulders pulled back and chest up.
2. Extend your head out as far as you can comfortably without strain, extending you neck like a turtle. (Hold for 2s)
3. Now pack your head back in, pulling it straight back (not tucking your chin down) as far as you can comfortably without strain, creating a double chin position with your neck. (Hold for 2s)
4. Repeat each motion for 10 repetitions.
