Yes No Maybe So:

1. Stand upright with your shoulders pulled back and chest up.
2. Nod your head up and down comfortably without strain, in a slow and controlled motion. (Perform 10 repetitions each direction)
3. Finally, shake your head side to side, looking over each shoulder, comfortably without strain, in a slow and controlled motion. (Perform 10 repetitions each direction)
4. Now tilt your head from side to side dropping your ears towards your shoulders, comfortably without strain, in a slow and controlled motion. (Perform 10 repetitions each direction)
