Neck Mobility Series – Part 3

Neck Rolling

Neck Rolling:

1. Stand upright with your shoulders pulled back and chest up.

2. Lean your head back as far as you can comfortably. Then allow your head to roll from one side to the next slowly and controlled while keeping your eyes looking up. (Perform 10 repetitions each direction)

3. Next, let your head hang down drawing your chin towards your chest as far as you can comfortably. Then allow your head to roll from one side to the next keeping your chin down, and staying slow and controlled. (Perform 10 repetitions each direction)

*Never let your head roll all the way around in a full circle from back to front. This may cause neck pain and harmful kinking.
