Scapular Setting

Scapular Setting:

1. Stand upright and shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears. (Squeeze for 1s)
2. Then pull your shoulders back as far as you can. (Squeeze for 1s)
3. Next pull your shoulder blades down like you are trying to put them in your back pockets. (Squeeze for 3s)
4. Repeat all three moves 15 times
