Wrist Mobility Series - Part 4
1. Interlock your fingers firmly, but not squeezing too tight, and keep your palms pressed together.
2. Bring your elbows together and bend your arms 90 degrees at the elbow to have your forearms perpendicular to your torso.
3. Now, while keeping your palms and elbows together, and fingers interlocked, begin to roll your hands and wrists together, one over the other, in a fluid motion. (Roll for 30s-60s)
4. Next, change direction of the roll, and repeat. (Roll 30s-60s)
⚠ Just like with a stretch, there may be minor discomfort, but it's important you don't force any movement that is too uncomfortable or painful.
