I am a 54 year old morbid obese individual who has torn shoulder cuffs back and knees which occurred at an a injury in Feb 2009. Never exercised a day ever since. I was hoping you might be able to help change my life, put hope back in me, and develop a custom exercise routine which I could do.I have a bowflex, inversion table, sit-up machine, and soon a treadmill. Hey Reed! It’s great that you are looking into personal training. I would definitely be able to cater a training routine specifically for you, to get you back in shape. We would start with more function movements to help you throughout your everyday life, then move on to more strength training and cardio in the future when your body is able to handle it.
