I tore my rotator cuff back in college when I was just lifting heavy and not smart Being young and dumb, I didn't rehab it correctly soooo, even though it was over 11 years ago, I still have lingering side effects unfortunately. So I have learned to train smarter! Every Tuesday and Thursday I throw knee, hip, and shoulder work into whatever workout I am already doing that day. Then on Sundays, I work specifically on my shoulders, and really for the most part, I am able to lift anything (most importantly, my kids 🏻🏻🏻) at any angle, without any pain 🏻🏻 I can't stress it enough to younger/inexperienced lifters, LIFT SMART!
