Here is a glimpse of what you will have missed. Do this workout with only a light pair of dumbbells and you’ll get your full body pumped in less than 20 minutes.

Perform this group of exercises for 30 seconds taking minimal breaks between each move.
  • Jump Squats
  • Air Squats
  • Hold Squats
  • Skull Crushers
  • Flys
  • Close Grip Chest Press
  • Chest Press
  • Jump Duck Squats
  • Air Duck Squats
  • Hold Duck Squats
  • Upright Rows
  • Pronated Reverse Flys
  • Supinated Reverse Flys
  • Supinated Bicep Curls
Rest for 60 seconds and repeat one more time.
