Getting Through The Week

Finish Out Your Week Strong!

So Wednesday “hump day” is over, and the end of the week is near. Often times the work week has been taking its toll on us mentally and physically by this point, so we decide not to exercise because we feel run down. However, exercising, although daunting in thought when feeling run down, will give you much more energy and help you to finish the week strong and mentally focused. With this 20 minute workout, you will be able to hit every major muscle group in your body and reinvigorate yourself physically and mentally, preparing you for whatever the end of your week might bring.

Perform this set of exercises with semi light dumbbells for three sets doing thirty seconds of double leg bridges between moves, and as little of time as possible between sets. Each of these moves should be performed for 30 seconds (first set) 25 seconds (second set) and 20 seconds (third set). Repeat this same process for every grouping of exercises.
